• MAINTENANCE ENGINEERThis position is maintaining a large property with multiple houses in the Scottsdale area.  Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the property’s equipment, general upkeep of the grounds and work closely with staff and vendors to ensure timely and quality work. Inspect property/grounds on a regular basis to assess the general condition of the multiple residences. Ensure all projects including but not limited to routine maintenance, repairs, replacement and construction/renovation projects are completely on time and according to specifications.  Maintain detailed inventory of tools, equipment and supplies.  Must have experience with hands-on troubleshooting, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and irrigation.  A full job description will be given to qualified candidates.   4   10 hr days schedule with weekend availability Hours range from 9am to 7pm.This family will consider someone who has worked in a Resort and has long term references. Must agree to a criminal and credit check. Experienced with long term references. Arizona resident. Responsibilities

• Laundry and wardrobe care, including delicate and highend garments
• Shared housekeeping duties throughout a large private residence
• Teamwork with existing household staff
• Five day workweek, including two Saturdays per month

Requirements:

• Prior experience in large private homes
• Strong references specifically verifying laundry and wardrobe expertise
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high standards

Compensation:
