How We Work for You
We encourage all our clients to share with us who they feel would be the right candidate for their position. This enables us to select from our extensive database only applicants appropriate for their particular position. Applicant profiles and resumes are sent to our clients for review before interviews are scheduled.
Applicant profiles contain previous work history, verification of employment, personal data which includes legal status verification and educational certifications. We obtain a criminal report on each applicant being considered for placement.
Camelview Domestic Placement Service is pleased to offer guideline information which will help determine the correct wage compensation and benefits to offer employees. We offer in home consultation and assessment and upon request our staff will prepare an Employer/Employee work agreement.
- Camelview Domestic personal consultants take the time to interview all qualified applicants being considered for placement.
- Personal interviews are conducted in our office and Skype and Facetime interviews are scheduled for out of state candidates.
- We are looking for professional domestic candidates who communicate effectively, who understand and can maintain personal boundaries, have a positive attitude and will respect the privacy of their principal’s and their household.
Placement Fees & Guarantees
Our fees are determined by the job description, and can vary due to the fact that we provide our clients with part-time and temporary employees, as well as long-term, permanent and live-in help.
Our temporary placement contracts are based on employment of three months or less.
For permanent placement, we offer a 90-day replacement program (per applicant). This replacement period allows the client and employee an opportunity to terminate their relationship if problems should occur.

In response to the growing need for professional, reliable and qualified domestic personnel, Carol Hasher founded Camelview Domestic Placement Service in 1984.
Carol has many years of experience in the personnel placement industry, not only on a professional level, but a personal level as well. While raising her three sons, she employed a live-in nanny as well as various part-time domestic employees. Having the benefit of experiencing this important relationship from both sides has allowed Carol to better identify with the needs and concerns of her clients.
