Chefs & Cooks
Private Chefs
Provide you with great healthful meals in the comfort of your home
Certified chefs are formally trained at a culinary institute or have an Associate’s of applied Science in culinary Arts degree or a BS degree in Culinary Arts. Many outstanding Chefs have undergone an apprenticeship or mentorship rather than a formal education. All Chefs are knowledgeable and experienced and possess a professional “State of Mind”. They are experienced in international gourmet cuisine, nutrition, baking, pastry, flawless presentation, fine wine selection and all occasion cooking and catering.
Cooks
Cooks duties include meal preparation, menu planning, grocery shopping and inventory control. Cooks must be knowledgeable in special diets and health conscious menus.
Our chefs and cooks are available Full or Part Time or can live-on property.
House Managers & Personal Assistants
House Managers
A combination of household skills including supervisory, budgeting and asset management experience is required. This position could require a flexible schedule with travel and overnight availability.
Personal Assistant
Responsible for seeing to the comfort of the family. This person undertakes a variety of administrative, clerical and managerial tasks. Must be computer literate. Duties might include scheduling appointments and travel arrangements, maintaining household supplies inventory, running errands and personal shopping. Must have the ability to multi-task.
Elderly Care
Camelview Domestic Placement Service provide excellent elderly care services in a cost-effective way. In many cases we offer an alternative to nursing home confinement. Our caregivers are compassionate, dedicated individuals who take pride in helping others.
Companions
Duties include personal care as well as light housekeeping chores, laundry, shopping, errands, transporting and a pleasant personality.
Elderly Care
Our elderly care assistants are experienced in meeting the needs of older people as well as being medically skilled to assist them.
Certified Nursing Assistant
Applicants are medically skilled. Duties include bathing and changing the bedridden, lifting and transferring patients from bed to chair. Applicants must be knowledgeable in wheelchair safety and must have previous experience working with incontinence and disorientation. C.N.A.s are certified through the state and have continuous medical training.
Housekeepers & Maintenance
Housekeepers
Duties include detailed cleaning of all rooms, floors, windows, laundry and ironing. They must be knowledgeable with household cleaning products, have good organizational skills and be detailed oriented.
Caretakers/Maintenance
Applicants must have knowledge of landscaping, pool care, general maintenance of home and grounds, the use of light machinery and the ability to do small repairs.
Domestic Couples/Teams
Applicants must be knowledgeable in household budgeting and supervisory skills. Duties include general house maintenance, lawn, landscape, pool care, automobile maintenance and chauffeuring. House cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping and food preparation are also included. Private quarters should be provided for Domestic Couple/Team who reside on property.
Childcare & Mother’s Helpers
Nannies
Nannies are responsible for all the children’s needs, including maintenance of bedrooms and play areas, children’s laundry, preparation of their meals. The Nanny must be familiar with age-appropriate activities, educational toys and games. Part of their job would include transporting children to and from school and outside activities.
We place full-time, part-time, live-in or live-out nannies.
Mother's Helpers
In addition to caring for children, the responsibilities would include light housekeeping, family laundry, preparing or starting family meals and assisting with specific family needs.
We place full-time, part-time, live-in or live-out mother’s helpers.
Child Care
Our child care questionnaire, which accompanies our application, was designed with information given to us by pediatricians and child psychologists. This procedure helps to determine experience as well as the ability to handle emergency situations. All of our applicants are C.P.R. certified and have two or more years of child care experience.
